In addition to owning and maintaining our cabs, we inspect and clean them daily. A defensive driving course, hospitality training, and customer service training are part of a driver's training program.
Ultimately, it is our employees who make a difference. From the moment you contact our dispatch team and speak to one of our drivers on the phone to the moment our driver arrives to take you to your destination, you will notice their passion for customer service excellence. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OUR DRIVERS
Just like how we are named, all our drivers are friendly and they always stand out for their polite behaviour. All our drivers have clear DBS checks and are professionally trained. They have rich experience and hence they are well versed in doing their jobs in the way customer requires. We are proud to have our great team of drivers who are extremely skilled and professionally trained. All our drivers have been trained in all areas including safeguarding and have certifications approved by the county council.
